What Does This Pap Smear Test Result Indicate?

Hi , Got a pap smear test done because of spotting and stomach and back pain.The study show superficial and intermediate squamous cells and occasional parabasal cells. Occasional cluster of endocervical cells is also seen . Sheets of neutrophils are noted in the background along with lactobacilli and occasional bacterial clumps. INTERPRETATION:- inflammatory smear Negative for Intraepithelial Lesion or Malignancy.What does this mean?

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your result from pap smear that showed inflammation with no intra epithelial lesion or malignancy I am suggesting that you have a pelvic inflammatory disease
In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
