General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi. Good to see your concerns about your health.
So far as your question is concerned , the report indicates that there are inflammatory changes (protective response of a body after injurious stimulus) in the tissue that is most probably due to an infection.
There is no evidence of a cancer/malignant tissue. So relax. There is nothing to panic about. All you need to do is to visit your primary doctor for a prescription of appropriate antibiotics. Also if you are older than 40 years of age then you need to get this pap smear done on yearly basis.
Wishing you best of health.
Regards.
