What Does This MRI Scan Finding Indicate?

sir i feel numbness and tingling fingers and right hand i fell dizziness from 6 month back. my mri impression is 1). Focal postero-central bulge of c5-c6 disc causingindentation over thecal sac. 2). postero-central and bilateral para-central bulge of c6-c7 disc causing indentation over thecal sac and perineural fat.

I understand your concern.
The structure of human spinal cord has been so designed that in between successive vertebrae there is a lubricating disc to prevent friction between the adjacent vertebrae and in between the spinal nerve passes through it.
So if there is disc prolapse or indentation it causes the the complains you are having right now and so does the report too confirms.
Please follow up with a spine specialist doctor with the reports.
He will advise you further.
