What Does This MRI Report Signify?

Dear Sir , Good morning, Please be informed that ,iam having back pain and pain radiating to left lower limb, I took MRI scanning and the findings are below. 1)Degenerative disc changes seen at LV 4/5 and LV 5/SV 1 level 2)LV 4/5 posterior disc bulge indenting the thecal sac and encroaching up on the exiting neural foramina bilaterelly 3)LV 5/SV 1 broad-based posterior disc protrusion ,compressing the thecal sac and minimally encroaching up on the right exiting neural foramen 4)LV 2/3 small right posterolateral disc bulge ,mildly encroaching up on the right exiting neural foramina Kindly waiting for your valuable advise... my age is 29 years Thanks in advance Irfan
