What does this MRI report signify?

I am a 22 year old who has had back pain for almost 6 years now. in 2014 I had an mri of my lumbar spine and in 2012 an mri of my cervical spine and was never told about the results. I still have pain and when I requested my records I noticed the following, what does this all mean and if im still having back pain years later could these explain it/ could they have gotten worse? Cervical spine : Minimal disc bulging from C3-C7 without focal disc herniation, tiny left parcentral annular tear at C6-C7, multiple bilateral shotty cervical lymph nodes Lumbar spine: mild prominence of the ligamentum flavum and mild facet degenerative change seen to some degree at each lumbar level. No focal disc disease at any lumbar level and no significant spinal canal or neural foraminal stenosis
