Hello and welcome to HCM,
The MRI of the cervical spine is showing degenerative changes in spine at the level of C5-C6.
The vertebrae at this level are showing osteophytes - osteophytes are projections formed in vertebrae due to degeneration.
The inter-vertebral space is maintained.
In addition, there is facter degeneration also.
There is bulging of disc at this level also.
The inter-vertebral disc at level C4-C5 is also seen.
Thus, to summarize there are degenerative changes in lower cervical spine.
The bulging of disc can be prevented by rest and pain can be relieved by physiotherapy and pain killers.
However, the bony changes- osteophyte formation cannot be reversed.
I suggest you to consult your orthopedician with the MRI report for further clarification.

Thanks and take care
