Hello and welcome to HCM,
The MRI of the shoulder shows that the torn labrum of the shoulder joint has got repaired after injection of cortisone.
The sprain is the term used for tearing of ligament.
Ligament is the tough tissue that binds muscles to bones.
Repair of the ligaments is a slow process.
Immobility and pain killers will be required for the management.
At the same time, since the shoulder is frozen, adequate physiotherapy will be required to make the joint mobile.
Thus, you need to consult your orthopedician for proper management of the shoulder problem.

Thanks and take care
