What Does This MRI Of Back Indicate?

I just got back an MRI which says I have no significant disc bulge , central canal or neoroforaminal stenosis. mild degenerative changes of the facuet this was for L-3- L4. It also said in L-4 L-5 I had Disc Osteophytic ridging and degenerative changes of the facuets without significant central canal stenosis. slight bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. it also said the same thing for L-5 and S-1 as it did for L-4 and L-5. What does this mean and the big question im tryng to get to the bottom of is would this cause bed wetting?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
HI,Welcome to healhcaremagic. After going through your MRI report I came to know that you are suffering from degenerative spine as you have osteophytes. Back exercises, Diacerine, glucosamine sulfate neurotropic such as methycobalamin and analgesics such as diclofenac slow release tablet can give relief. Serum vitamin D test is advised if it is low than vitamin D supplementation will be required. Avoid long continuous standing. Sit in a straight posture. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
