What Does This HVS Test Result Indicate?

Good day doctor, please explain these result for me. I had a test on Hvs 2 days back and the result is pus cell (1-2)/ Hpf , Epithelial cell (++) / HpF, yeast cell (+), RBC (Nill), T.Vaginalis (nill). Yielded no bacteria growth after 24 hours of incubation at 37oc

Hello dear
I understand your concern
I undergone through your tests result.
Presence of yeast cell suggest fungus infection.
Consult the gynecologist and take proper treatment.
Gynecologist will give following advises:
Apply candid cream
Vaginal suppository of clingen and lactobacillus
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Drink plenty of water and healthy diet
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
