What Does This HSG Test Report Indicate?

What does my HSG report suggest? hello doctor I had got a Hsg done on the 26th of Auguest month. And following is the report. Endocervical canal:Shows normal calibre.No filling defect noted.Normal regular contour visualized.Uterine cavity:Evidence of few small radio-lucencies - Likely air bubbles.Normal in size and shape.No filling defects noted.Normal regular contour noted.Fallopian Tubes:Both tubes outlined with contrast.No filling defects noted.Normal regular contour.Bilateral peritoneal spill noted - suggestive of bilateral patent tubes.IMPRESSION: Normal Hysterosalpingogram study.SUGGEST CLINICAL CORRELATION AND FOLLOW UP,what does it mean ?I need to know whether i have any blocks in tubes.

The summary of the test states- Normal hysterosalpingogram study which means that the test was considered normal and no blocks in the tubes were detected when it was done.
