What Does This FNAC Report Indicate?

Fnac Report Says Ductal Cells With Architectural And Cytological Atypua. Suggestive Of Duct Carcinona . But Biopsy Is Nill. Lumps In Left Breast, 1/2 Cm. Second Fnac Report Is Small Cluster Of Epithelial Cell. Epithelial Cells Shows Nucleomegali, Hypercromacia And Moderate Anisonucleosis With Moderate Amount Of Cytoplasm. A Few Sheets Of Benign Epithelial Cells Noticed. What s All Means?

this report shows cancer but this should be related clincally, if swelling grows or changes its character then excisional biopsy is must by the advise of Oncologist.
mammography, CT scan should be done.
