What Does This Echocardiogram Test Result Indicate?

This is my echo cardiographs report please tell me what it means and what I should do. 1. Normal sized LV with Fair LV systolic function. LVEF = 50%. 2. NO RWMA 3. Reduced LV Compliance 4. Normal size Function 5.MV:- Mitral valve prolapse seen. Moderate MR 6. TV:-Reduced in size with non- coapting leaflets. ( Einstein Disease)(Uplifted by 11mm) 7.AV:-THICK NO AS 8.IVS AND IAS ARE INTACT. 9.NO PAH . RVSP=28mmHg 10. NO CLOT/Vegetation/pericardial effusion. 11.DOPPLER: Moderate MR, Sabere free TR, Trivial AR, No PR

Your echo report shows that you have a congenital heart disease called Ebstein Anomaly (where tricuspid valve is uplifted) & Mitral Valve prolapse.
This requires surgery.
