What Does This D & C Test Result Post Pregnancy Termination Indicate?

Hi there m a 24 yr old lean and thin women. My last delivery was 9 months back but i still conceived and opted for MTP at two and half month gestation. It was normal I stopped bleeding second day but bleeding satRted ten days after with pain. D n C was done again but m still bleeding and Usg shows thick endometrium with bulky uterus. I don't want to go for the procedure again. Can it be managed with medicine.

d n c means dilatation and curretttage...this procedure is done to decrease endometrial thickness and to remove contents from bulky uterus...as u underwent mtp...some products were left in uterus so they needs to be removed and only procedure is dilation and currettage
