What Does This CT Scan Result In A Person Suffering From Pneumonia Indicate?

Hi I m having really bad chest pain and I m gasping for air, this has been going on for a days I feel tingling in my limps at time and I have shortness of breath, I was diagnosed with pneumonia in April but didn t fully recover I m trying to see my doc but he s giving me the run around it hurts so bad sometimes I start to cry then hyperventilate my CT scan says I have atelectasis of the left lingula and medial right middle lobe and a cariomegaly with left ventricular hypertrophy but haven t been seen or treated I m worried should I go to the ER
