What Does This CT Scan Result For Breast Cancer Indicate?

I was diagnosed with breast cancer march this year, grade 2. Following a lumpectomy the pathology report showed clear margin in tissue around the tumour, no extra capsular spread or lymphatic vascular invasion. 3 of lymph nodes showed cancer cells out of 5 removed. I had a ct scan which showed all my internal organs clear. Except for some noticeable changes in my back, there was some white spots showing on spine? this was followed up with a whole body scan, of which results came back clear? I am now waiting for an MRI scan. I start chemo 6 sessions every 3 weeks. I am worried sick can you shed any light on why ct scan picked up changes and bone scan was clear?
