What Does This CT Scan Result For Abdominal Pain Indicate?

I have had a pain in my upper right abdomen under rib cage off and on for last 3 years; for the last 9 months pain has been constant. Lost 107 lbs in 6 months (partly from diet), have blurry vision, extreme fatigue starting mid morning, burning in my eyes, dry mouth, itching skin, gurgling in upper stomach when eating anything, constipation, full after eating very little, rash (red bumps)on upper chest, neck and face, mood changes (anger) and off and on night sweats. Latest CT Scan with contrast showed an enlarged liver, with lobulated regions. Mildly enlarged spleen with uniform attenuation. Tiny diffuse nodularity scattered throughout liver but more prominent in spleen(heterogeneous paranchyma in liver and spleen). Uniform density throughout liver and spleen. Celiac and porta caval adenopathy. Dr is scheduling liver biopsy. I was diagnosed with possible sarcoidosis 6 months ago after doctors thought I had lymphoma. Dr is saying that the abnormal CT Scan appears to be cirrhosis but I have never drank or had hepatits. Are there other possible causes for the abnormal scan? The radiologist also noted possible diffuse metastisized involvement or hepatocellular disease?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, welcome to HCM. your Ct scan says there is irregular masses within liver and more so in spleen . This is causing you pain in the abdomen. Also lymph nodes are enlarged around the big vessels near liver .Alcohol is One common cause for cirrhosis.Ther are other causes also leading to cirrhosis.cirrhosis is a condition where liver texture is permanently last and liner looks like irregular nodules. I also feel there is metastasis spreading to the vicinity. Take care
