General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your CT scan result that showed symmetrical sclerosis of the iliac bone bilaterally with mild degenerative changes I am suggesting you osteosclerosis with osseitis neoformans

In view of this please schedule an appointment with an orthopaedic specialist for expert clinical assessment and definitive management

I hope this helps Regards
