What Does This CT Scan Report Signify?

LIVER: Subcentimeter low-attenuation lesion in the posterior hepatic lobe characterize �this was in10/2016 this was a ct done a few days agoA 4 mm too small to characterize hypodense right hepatic lobe lesion image 38 is slightly increased in size since the prior study and favored to represent an incidental cyst in the absence of known malignancy or risk factors such as chronic liver diseaseborderline portal caval node measuring 12 mm in short axis dimension is likely reactive. Is this something I should be concerned about
