Hello! Thank you for using Healthcare Magic to provide further information about this CT scan report.
The ovarian tumor in this case is classified as T4NxM1 stage, which means: local invasion of adjacent organs (uterus, bladder and rectum) but missing data about lymphatic dissemination of malignant cells, although strongly expected. According to this report, liver is involved by a solitary (single) methastasis, which has succesfully responded to chemotherapy. This is a hopeful detail, as this liver lesion may be surgically resected and followed by surrounding area radiation therapy for a better outcome.
Hope this will be helpful to you.
If there is something else you need to know, please feel free to ask me about.
Thank you!
