BOARD HAD FELL ON MY HEAD SUDDENLY .BUT NO TYPE OF BLOOD HAD COME OUT .I WENT FOR A CT SCAN .THERE IS A IMPRESSION:FOCAL AREAS OF GLIOSIS WITH PROMINENCE OF CORTICAL SULCI NOTED INVOLVING RIGHT FRONTOPARIETAL REGION AND NO INTRA OR EXTRA AXIAL HEMORRHAGE WAS THERE AND IN THE REPORT THEY ARE SUGGESTING FOR CHRONIC INFRACT I RIGHT MCA TERRITORY. SO,I WANT TO KNOW WHEATHER IT IS SERIOUS
No it is a chronic ischemia which means it is not acive. But you have to check blood pressure, glicemia, and lipidograma, and if you do not have some hemorrhagic gastrointestinal event before or any other contraindication you have to take ASPIRIN 100 mg daily after lunch.
