What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I recently had a ct scan for kidney stones (stones). The ct showed ground-glass opacities in the dependent portions of the lung bases, I have increased sob. My doctor has ordered a chest ct. I have DM. hoping not lung disease associated with it. what do you think?

As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
You should write your age,sex and other illness,if present.
Your question is confusing. Your CT is supposed to show kidney stones.
You've not written about the CT report of the kidneys,nor any other reports.
Opacities in the lung fields,may be due to infection, malignancy,allergies,etc.
It's difficult to opine,without a detailed examination,history and reports.
You may send reports to me,as a direct question,for an expert opinion.
