What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

My CT report says findings concerning for prevertebral and infiltrating neoplasm within the T3-7 vertebra with sclerosis withing the vertebral body. They are wanting to do a bone biopsy. A previous MRI 15 years ago showed something they thought was discitis and had me go to the hospital but I was feeling no pain at the time so they thought it might be trauma related matter instead and sent me home. They are thinking lymphoma and I have back pain but no other symptoms of any cancer. What should I do?

hi....
as per your CT SCAN report it wil better to go for bone marrow examination...for confirm diagnosis..
after this you may advised to go for flowcytometry or cytogenetic examination.
first of all do all routine work up laboratory tests..like CBC , RFT , LFT URINE R& M ....etc..
