what does all this mean it is the findings of a CT scan Results reviewed. Tests show no cause for hematuria on his CT. Follow up for cystoscopy as planned. The images through the lung bases show no evidence of pleural or pericardial effusions. The visualized portions of the lower lungs are grossly clear. The noninfused images show no evidence for abnormal foci of calcification within the kidneys or ureters. No hydronephrosis or perinephric collection is seen on either side. After infusion of the IV contrast, the kidneys demonstrate symmetric and bilateral nephrograms. There are no enhancing renal mass lesions. slight distention of bilateral renal pelves in symmetric fashion is most likely related to pelviectasis. No definite bowel obstruction is identified. pELVIS: The images through the pelvis show a normally distended urinary bladder without wall thickening. No fat stranding is identified. There are no loculated collections or pelvic mass lesions. No gross abnormalities of the lower retroperitoneum or enlarged iliac lymph nodes are seen. IMPRESSION: 1. Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your and being your physcian ii completely understand your health concerns.
for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem like diabetes or hypertension? any facial puffiness?
Based upon the CT report , i failed to appreciate any abnormality in your scan. no need to worry at all it is absolutely normal.. all u need is reassurance.
as far as hematuria is concerned , i think u should meet NEPHROLOGIST so that it can be related clinically.
meanwhile stay calm .
get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
