What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

i have sinusitis problem.The result of the ct scan say: There is a left maxillary density with air fluid .Note engorgement of the left nasal turbine .Conclusion: Acute left maxillary sinusitis (incidental findings) I have gone for flush out ealier this year and still yet the facial pressure is there. i have taken a large dose of antibiotics. and noting My Bp is always high in the morning not with the fact that i take my drugs every day.What do i do Doctor?

I really appreciate your concern, such sinusitis may not be due to infection but it may be due to some allergic condition, if I would be doctor of this case then I would definitely treat this case with, "Tab Loratadine with pseudoephedrine" three times in day, drink lot of water, have steam inhalation too, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
