What Does This CT Scan Of Abdomen Indicate?

As per my ct scan abdomen and CT contrast. The scan reveals Gall Bladder is distended and filled with high density material within. Three calculi noted within the lumen largest measuring 9mm in the region of the neck.GB wall shows mild diffuse thickening 3.5mm with mild pericholecystic fat stranding. Appendix is normal kidney normal in size urinary bladder prostrate appears normal. Rest are normal.Laboratory report reveals Total WBC 11,100cumm, Polymorph 90%, ESR 50mm/Hr, Blood sugar 100mg/dl. Albumin Nil Conclusion Imaging features are consistent with chronic cholecystitis with milk of calcium formation within gallbladder. I am now under medication Udizia 300mg ,cefla-o, Rappit-D,spasmi-C What is the remedy? surgery or medical treatment if so why

I can understand your problem related to gall stones. Do you have any pain abdomen, fever, jaundice or itching???
Milk of calcium cholecystitis is due to abnormal accumulation of calcium carbonate in the gallbladder. . Calcium in the bile may be liquid or it may form a paste-like mass. The stone or stones of calcium carbonate may cause an obstruction of the gallbladder outflow tract or cystic duct or pass into the common bile duct or into the duodenum.
The medicines prescribed may be helpful in dissolving the stones and to treat the infection.
Kindly consult the surgeon regarding future course of action.
