What Does Thickened Endometrium Of 13mm From Transvaginal Ultrasound Suggest?

Hello doctor, I had an ectopic pregnancy 4 years back and had right partial salpingectomy. I am currently 44 days late and got a TVS done today, June 22, which showed no evidence of gestational sac, but thickened endometrium 13 mm, and left ovarian hemorrhagic cyst. I had beta HCG on June 13 - 178.2 and on June 15 - 254.4...again on June 20th was 1540. I have all the symptoms of pregnancy, doctor has told me to take a scan after 4 days again to check the gestational sac. I want to know if there are any chances of a positive pregnancy..I am 37 years old, 5 feet, 42 Kgs.
