What Does Thick White Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

i have thick white vaginal disharge and have been to my regular gyno, although after being tested for any std or infections he could not tell me why this was happening. just told me sometimes the body changes. there is no fishy odor, burning, redness, or irritaion of any sort. i want to get rid of this asap and dont know how. it is causeing a problem with my relationship due to it turning me dry like the desert. please help

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain thick white vaginal discharge is not normal and is something pathological..
As you do not have any foul smell, burning,itching etc and there is only white discharge, it seems to be most probably due to Bacterial Vaginosis..
I would suggest you to consult an Internal Medicine Specialist or an Infectious Medicine specialist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Vaginal swab culture, Whiff test can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to take a course of antibiotics like Metronidazole and Tinnidazole..
Topical application of Metronidazole can also be given to you..
Along with it keep the area clean and maintain good hygiene..
Along with it wear loose fitting undergarments
