my wife had a ultrasound and doctor has written as under:-
Uterus : is anteverted bylky posterior dundic myometrium is coarse with a ill defined hypoechoic area.Pouch of douglus noted.

There is fibroid in uterus which does not require treatment if not causing any problem. There is hemorrhagic cyst which requires treatment depending on symptom.
