What Does These Ultrasound During Pregnancy Indicate?

I'm pregnant with fetus age of 19 weeks 5 days. In ultrasound scan they have diaognised the following:
placenta is posterior in mid and lower segment. The lower margin is covering the internal os(Grade III placenta praevia). Showing Grade- 1 maturity.
Please let me know will that mean any problem?

It means that the placenta is covering the opening through which baby is delivered
In a lot many of ladies the placenta migrates
Up
If it doesn't. Near date, there is very high chance of getting a surgery to deliver the baby
