What Does These Semen Analysis Indicate?

Hi, I have tested my semen and the following results came:2 ml, color Greyish White, reaction:alkaline, Viscosity: Normal, Sperm Count:64 million/ml, Motility:, 60% active,10% weakly, 30% non motile, PSU celll;2-4/HPF, Sperm morphology: 80% normal and 20 % abnormal. Pls give your opinion

Thanks for query.
The report of your semen analysis that you have posted is well within normal range of WHO standards as far as sperm count ,motility of sperms and morphology of the sperm is concerned .

However the presence of 2-4 pus cells suggests infection of eirther prostate or Seminal Vesicle which can be cured by taking antibiotics like Doxicycline for one month.

Repeat your semen analysis after completion of course of antibiotics to be rest assured about that infection is controlled completely.
