What Does These Ovary Study Results Indicate?

My daughter age-16, I need your advice about
*minimal free fluid noted in pod- ? PID
*Both ovaries appear mildly enlarged with increased &few(7-9) peripheral small follicles -mild bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology
Rt ovary-2.8*2.4cms .Lt ovary 2.8*2.6cms
