Well, you need do nothing necessarily unless you're having symptoms of back/leg pain with radiating symptoms or paresthesias in the feet, or if you're tripping/stumbling or unable to raise the feet. Your doctor who ordered the test should be the one to help you interpret and point you in the right direction as to whether or not physical therapy vs. other specialty consultation should be necessary. If you're not having ANY SYMPTOMS whatever that or new or progressing then, the findings of the MRI are taken as incidental findings and need not be acted on. 40% of individuals who have NO SYMPTOMS of back pain, leg pain, or other problems usually attributed to disk herniations, compressions of the thecal sac, etc. can have MRI's that show all these things. Neither patients nor doctors need reflexly act to do anything invasive or dramatic unless there are complaints and symptoms.
