URINE VOIDED Atypical urothelial cells. FISH analysis pending, to be reported in an addendum. Note: a high grade urothelial carcinoma cannot be excluded. After Urogram what am I looking at?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your reports suggest that you have some atypical urothelial cells. So it suggest probability of cancer in your lower urinary tract either in bladder or ureter. You should go for further investigation for that. But wait for your report of FISH. It will clear the picture. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
