What Does The Urine Analysis Test Indicate?

my mother urinalysis test is COLOR:YELLOW,TRANSPARENCY: HAZY,SPEC.GRAVITY:1.015, PH:5.0, ALBUMIN:TRACE, SUGAR: NEGATIVE, WBC: 28-30/HPF, RBC: 3-4/HPF, EPITHELIAL CELLS: FEW, MUCUS THREADS: MODERATE, AMORPHOUS URATES: FEW, WHAT DOES IT MEAN? IS MY MOTHER HAVING KIDNEY PROBLEM? WHAT ARE THE MEDICINES FOR THIS?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your mother is suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by hazy appearance of urine and presence of WBC,RBC,epithelial cells,mucus threads etc in urine.
She need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present she need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
