What Does The Urinalysis Report Indicate?
Hello good day doctor, I have a problem regarding urinating. I had urinalysis this morning and these are the results, can you interpret them for me? I really appreciate your help and effort. I can t afford personal check up right now. Physical Examination: Color=Straw;Character=Cloudy; Reaction=6.5;Specific Gravity=1.005 Chemical Examination: Albumin=Trace;Sugar=0 Urine Flow Cytometry: WBC=745/uL out of 0-17 and 134/HPF out of 0-3 range; RBC=26/uL out of 0-11 and 5/HPF out of 0-2 range; Epithelial Cells=11/uL out of 0-11 and 2/HPF out of 0-3 range; CAST=0/uL out of 0-1 and 0/HPF out of 0-3 range; Bacteria=215/uL out of 0-278 and 39/H{F out of 0-50 range. Please HELP ME. I don t know what to do. My back and side of the body hurts. It s been 4days now since the pain goes on.

Your urine findings suggest UTI i.e urinary tract infection.Urine shows WBC & RBC higher than normal.You must consult a clinician and start treatment with a course of antibiotics,have plenty of fluids take care
