Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of leukocytes in urine along with raised leucocyte esterase is suggestive of bacterial infection in the urine.
A urine culture with drug sensitivity is required to get growth of bacterial colonies and drug sensitivity.
Drug sensitivity determines the most appropriate and most sensitive antibiotic effective against the bacterial.
I suggest you to consult your physician for prescription of urine culture and sensitivity and thus management.

Thanks and take care
