Hi Nataliya, If your parents are suffering from any fever or urinary tract infection, urine analysis can be interpreted differently. Otherwise, for their age it could be normal. However, for your mother, even if mild symptoms are present, an additional urine culture and sensitivity can be done. Regarding the hematological study, Hemoglobin is low with reduced RBC size and hemoglobin. Red cell distribution width is high indicating RBC of varying sizes. Study shows microcytic hypochromic anemia. It must be due to iron deficiency and she might require oral or injectable iron therapy to improve.
