What does the ultrasound showing bulky gravid uterus with a single intrauterine embryo, positive cardiac activity and no myometrium masses indicate?

Good day May you kindly interpret for me the ultrasound scan findings below *there is a bulky gravid uterus with a single intrauterine embryo *positive cardiac activity was noted *the estimated gestation age by scan is 08 weeks and 1 day *the estimated date of delivery is 26 Feb 2019 *the cervix 36.6mm long and is closed *no myometrium masses seen *no free fluid seen in the pouch of Douglas * urinary bladder is normal *no masses or free fluid seen in both iliac fossae Kind regards

Uterus is anteverted,gravid and shows single irregular gestational sac corresponding to gestational age 7 weeks 4 days.Small foetal node is present.No cardiac activity is seen.Trophoblastic reaction is poor.IOS is closed. No SOL is seen in the myometrium. please comment.

Gravid uterus shows singal intrauterine gestational sac with single embryo Sac outlines are smooth Spontaneous fetal movement seen.with subchoronic bleed measure 14.3mm ×13.7mm Foetus shows regular cardiac activity on M mode Yolk sac seen measure 8.4mm Fetal heart rate is 111beat per minute Internal os closed Cervical canal is adequate LMP 27/07/15 Edd by LMP 2/5/16 CGW 9.1 week CRl 6.4cm = 6.3 week + 04days GS 1.7cm = 6.3 week + 07days Impression - Single live intrauterine embryo of 6.3week and average Edd 21/05/16 with subchoronic bleed Discrepancy in gestational age by LMP and by parameter Is due to delayed conception Adviced - Repeat USG at 10-14days to rule out any malformation Dr plz let me know is everything is normal or not
