General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Firstly, congratulations on the pregnancy. Here is a simple interpretation of the report:
- Single baby is seen
- It is in the normal position with the head pointing down
- The placenta is attached to the back of your uterus: Normal
- Amniotic fluid is the fluid that surrounds your baby: This is normal
- Your baby is moving adequately and has good heart beats
- The rest are measurements of your baby. BPD is a measure of the head, FL is the length of your baby's femur (thigh bone) and AC is the circumference of his / her stomach / abdomen.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan, General & Family Physician
