What Does The Ultrasound Report Indicate?

hello..my wife is continuing 36 weeks pregnancy and her amniotic fluid volume is upper limit normal ( AFI: 19.8 cm),estimated foetal weight is about 2660 grams..foetal presentation is transverse lie...it is her first baby and she is carrying male child...but my question is last ultrasound report says..."""PELVICALYCEAL SYSTEM OF FETAL RIGHT KIDNEY APPEARS MILDLY DILATED(PELVIS MEASURING 10MM)"""...i am scared about the report...plz suggest me something....plz plz

Dear member,
Thanks for writing.
The pelvic calyceal system is the part of kidney and ureter.
Mild dilatation of the same is extremely common especially in male fetus due to mild obstruction of urine flow.
There is no need to worry.it usually subsides after delivery of the baby.
