ultrasound scan report of abdomen and pelvis shows: Liver:normal in size and shows diffuse increase in echotexture.No focal pathology is seen.No evidence of intraheptic biliary dilation.CBD and portal vein are normal. UTERUS:Increased in size.Hypoechoic lesion size 15mm are noted in anterior myometrium.Endometrial thickness measures 7mm. Impression: grade I FATTY CHANGE LIVER BULKY FIBROID TISSUES
Alcoholic liver disease is caused due to consumption of alcohol for a long period.
Non alcoholic liver disease does not have a cause but may contribute due to overweight ,high cholesterol , diabetes etc.
Uterine fibroid are common growths in the uterus which are non- cancerous and they cause problems during pregnancy. Always advised to get it removed depending upon the size of the fibroid.
