Hi, I am 28 years old married woman. I do not have any child. I have lower back pain and also pain during intercourse. My ultrasound scan reads bulky uterus with measurement of 9.1 by 3.3 by 4.5 cms. Endometrium is 9.3 mm. Both adnexa are normal and no mass is seen. Right ovary measures 4.1 by 2.5 cms and left ovary measures 3.1 by 2.7 cms. Is anything serious in this, according to you? Should I be worried about anything? Do you see anything life threatening situation here? Please answer me as I am extremely worried. Also I do not want to go for any biopsy if at all it is needed. You think biopsy can be avoided in this case?
