What does the thyroid ultrasound report indicate?

I had a thyroid ultrasound today and the result was:Mildly hypervascular thyroid gland with mild heterogeneity. Obviously I will call the Doctor s office tomorrow, but is this something I should be worried about? One side is considerably larger than the other, The right lobe measures 47 x 11 x 13 mm. The left lobe measures 39 x 12 x 11 mm. The isthmus measures 2.3 mm. No definite solid or cystic lesions are identified.
