What Does The Thyroid Ultrasound Report Indicate?

i am writing in hopes that you might be able to help me with my thryoid issue. I have been to several doctors and cant get a clear diagnoses of my problem. My mother is Asian and my father American. My two sisters both have thyroid issues, with my younger sister being diagnosed with Hashimotos and the other is on thyroid meds. 03-24-14 i had labs and my TSH was 1.05, then again on 10-20-14 my TSH was 0.15. My levels have been on a constant roller coaster ride sine 05-18-06 when it was 0.01 and on 10-25-06 it was 1.99. on 10-20-14 my T-3 was 41.8 and my T-4 was 9.0. Today I had an ultra sound of my thyroid and it showed an isthmus solid hypoechoic nodule. could you please tell me what is going on. I stay tired all the time, absolutely no energy or sex drive, severely depressed and headaches. All i want to do is sit. my testrone level was 192 on 03-24-14, thyroid antithyroglo was 2.1 H and TOPC was 7. Please shed some light on this if possible. I am tired of feeling this way. thank you James

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic

It is clear that your TSH values have never become high or too low..
Fluctuation of TSH values are expected ..
Different LABs have different values..

You have not mentioned about the size of the nodule. If the size of the nodule is more than 1cm ,it is significant.
In that case it has to be investigated...
FNAC or needle biopsy has to be done...

thank you.....
