What Does The Semen Analysis Result Indicate?

I m married since 3 years. My sperm count when I took 1 year before is 20 million and active motile 30% and after that Dr prescribed fertile m tab for 3 months. After that I took semen analysis my count level is 4.15 million. My liquefaction time is more than 1 hour.After that Dr prescribed me to take ultrasound of scrotum.The report says mild right testicular atrophy. Right testis 2.5x1.0x1.3cm Left testis 3.4x1.4x2.4cm. My wife was also have pcod and she undergone laparoscopy. Till date she didn t conceived. Later Dr told do IVF. Dr. Please advice me and how to increase its my sperm count level , motility level . Which treatment is the best. Thank you....

I really appreciate your concern, if this is really atrophy of testis then production of sperm may be affected, let me tell you something it may sound something weird but this is true, "Just single sperm needed for conception and in my opinion quantity is not matter but quality of course matters a great" no need to have any medicines but just keep trying for conception, better to get done the ovulation study and at the time of production of eggs got for intercourse this may give promising result, take care.
