What Does The Radiology Finding Of Grade 1 Prostatomegaly Indicate?

Hi sir, am 30 years old. Radiologist given in the report that I am having grade1 prostatomegaly.what is the reason of getting the decesase in very early age and does it have any effect on sperm count , any side effects. Give me the best solution for my problem.
