What Does The Pelvic Ultrasound Result Indicate?

I got my results back from a pelvic ultrasound, but I don't understand what they mean.. It says IMPRESSION:
1) 1.9 cm hemorrhagic right ovarian follicle.
2) prominent endometrial complex may be physiologic, recommend with beta-hCG levels if there is clinical possibility of pregnancy.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a cyst in the right ovary with features of haemorrhage / collection with blood particles.
2.That needs follow-up scan to monitor the progression - rarely it can change in to complex.
3.Endometrium seen thickened - with hyper echoic area with in. Which is also seen in case of the pre-menstrual status ( physiological ) status.
4.Also seen in conditions of failed pregnancy or very early pregnancy.
5.For which the report suggest to correlate with the BHCG to confirm the findings.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
