good afternoon.. what is the meaning of this result... IMPRESSION: ‑ NO FOCAL CONSOLIDATION AND NO ACUTE CARDIOPULMONARY PATHOLOGY IDENTIFIED. SCANTY‑APPEARING POST‑INFECTOUS/POST‑INFLAMMATORY CHANGES/SCANTY FIBROSIS IN THE RIGHT APEX. OTHER DETAILS AS DISCUSSED ABOVE. CORRELATE CLINICALLY.

Hi,
When we acquire lung infection, the healing can occur by fibrosis. The fibrosis develops when infection is chronic. So your fibrosis in the apex of lung could be due to the previous infection of the lung in the past.
The active pus-filled area called consolidation is not present. So you may need not to worry if clinical symptoms not present.
