OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. The ultrasound report you have mentioned seems to be completely normal. Cephalic presentation means that the fetus is lying in the uterus with head towards the maternal pelvis, and it is the most common presentation.
BPD is biparietal diameter and it is the measurement of the fetal head. FL is femur length and is the measurement of the fetal thigh bone. Placenta is located on the upper portion of the anterior wall of uterus, and is a completely normal position.Placenta matures as the pregnancy advances, and the maturity is mentioned in grades.
Amniotic fluid is the fluid around the foetus, and is measured as amniotic fluid index ( AFI) . Normal values are between 8-25 cm, and since your AFI is 9.8 cm, it is normal.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
