General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Dense tissue in the mammography could be due to age, fibrocystic disease, breast cancer.
I would suggest to consult the surgeon and undergo USG scan to rule out further any cause.
USG guided FNAC will helpful if any cyst will detect in the USG scan.
Treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Bleeding could be due to hormonal imbalance, endometriosis, adenomyosis, endometrial dysplasia, side effect of the birth control pill.
Bleeding should require detailed investigation by gynecologist.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, do regular exercise and drink plenty of water.
Hope this may help you
